Q. Where is the hotel located?

A. We are located at 8200 Palm Parkway, Orlando, FL 32836 — close to Disney Springs and Old Town.

Q. Do you require a deposit at check-in?

A. Yes. A $100 incidental deposit is required at check-in. This amount will be authorized on your credit or debit card.

  • No cash deposits are accepted.
  • We only accept chip-and-pin or tap-enabled credit/debit cards.
  • Any unused portion of your deposit will be released at check-out. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to reflect back in your account.

Q. Are there additional requirements for local guests?

A. Yes. Guests residing within 35 miles of the hotel (including Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties) must provide a total deposit of $200 (an extra $100 on top of the standard incidental authorization).

  • Must be 21 years or older to check in.
  • A valid state-issued photo ID must match the name on the credit/debit card used at check-in.
  • If you need to cancel for this reason, please do so at least 24 hours before arrival.

Q. Is smoking allowed?

A. No. Our property is 100% smoke-free. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel.

  • A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking in non-designated areas of the hotel.

A. Yes! We offer complimentary daily shuttle service to Magic Kingdom and Universal Orlando Resort.

Q. Is there an ATM on-site?

A. Yes, an ATM is available in the hotel lobby. (Transaction fees may apply.)

Q. Do you offer luggage storage?

A. Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available on your check-in and check-out day only.

  • Storage is subject to availability (first come, first served)
  • The hotel is not responsible for lost or unclaimed items

Q. Do rooms include kitchen supplies?

A. Due to ongoing renovations, full kitchen services are being phased out. Supplies are limited and available upon request.

Q. Can I send or receive packages at the hotel?

A. Yes. Guests can receive packages under the following conditions:

  • Handling fee: $5 per package (under 21″ x 15″ x 16″ & under 20 lbs)
  • Packages over 20 lbs are not accepted
  • Accepted 1 week prior to arrival only
  • Packages must include the guest’s name on the label and a tracking number provided to the front desk
  • The hotel does not ship or return packages on behalf of guests

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. Only service animals with proper documentation are permitted. Emotional support animals and therapy pets are not allowed.

  • A $350 pet fee will apply if a non-service animal is found on the property.

Q. Are ADA-compliant rooms available?

A. Yes. ADA-compliant rooms are available upon request and subject to availability.

Q. Do rooms include refrigerators and microwaves?

A. Yes! All rooms feature a microwave and refrigerator, as well as:

A. Yes, complimentary self-parking is available for all guests.

Q. Do you offer laundry services?

A. Yes! We offer self-serve laundry facilities for a nominal fee. Please inquire at the front desk for details.

A. Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

  • Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • Within 24 hours: One night + tax will be charged.
  • Non-Refundable Reservations: Full payment will be charged for any cancellation.

Q. How can I guarantee my reservation?

A. All reservations must be made with a valid credit card.

  • An authorization for one night’s room and tax will be placed up to 30 days prior to arrival (not charged).

Q. What is the maximum room occupancy?

  • King Suite: Up to 4 guests
  • Queen Suite: Up to 5 guests

Q. When is breakfast served?

A. Breakfast is available daily from 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM.

Q. What are the pool hours?

A. Our outdoor pool is open from sunrise to sunset daily.

Q. Are pool towels provided?

A. Yes, pool towels are available in the pool area.

Q. Do you have a fitness center?

A. Yes! Our fitness room is open 24 hours. Room key access is required.
